Room service, food, small rooms, marks on the bed, bathroom was not up to the standard

The staff wasn’t friendly , and when asked for an invoice they refused to give me , noone picks the calls as well . The

Staffs are friendly and room is clean

The pool and the gym are out of service,

Very dirty, old sheets, and bugs on the bed.

The classic needs, meet & greet, quality of location & property.

I didn't like the less choices of food dining from the hotel kitchen.I didn't like the sounds of pipes amongst rooms.I didn't like the windows having no steel ventilation; it is either keep the window closed or open it and have insects or lizards enter the room!

Everything was Dirty , I took my luggage to my room , rooms smells bad ,need renovation different than the pictures in booking

The location and the ambiance

Upon checking the room… i saw a big cockroach inside the room. Some places inside the room aren’t cleaned

The double bed room is an excellent choice for 4 members family and still you can request a baby coat as well

Every whereitching 12 hours per day not clean no room service very poor service last time I will stay at for surethe receptionist refused to give late check out for free even the hotel is nearly empty very poor choices for break fastit is a two ? hotel lettrly extremely expensive compared to the service 500 sr for nightare you serious ?

Not clean, old furniture, and many things

This was my favourite place to stay during my visit to Hail, easily accessible to all major location in Hail city

Breakfast buffet and restaurant staff need to be improved; the table we were seated at was kept with used spoon and fork, and when we informed the staff he responded that the table wasn't clean, when in fact it was clean with a table mat on.

Extremely polite and pleasing front office staff.Location is excellent, rooms are good and cozy.

No bathroom slippers in the room which is basic for any hotel.Toilet seat very uncomfortable.Timings for suhoor are very inconvenient for people travelling for work.

The renovation of the property made me impressed and the reception girl said too! Was difficult to pronounce her name, She was so respectful.

Breakfast was awful for the price they’re charging

Nice location but needs more attention and the staff were too cold.

The staff were cold and the bag guy was in hurry he did not wait for us. He left our bag in one room and left the door open and left . Wail we book two rooms

The lobby i like

The room window was locked i couldnt open it, the AC was closed so it was difficult for a smoking room without ventilation, the reception said they cant move me to other floors as they are fully occupied. The mattress of the bed was not comftable and makes noises. The bufet breakfast wasnt day to day fresh items.

I didn’t like anything about it; it is very old building and furniture. Bad smelling; pricy

Every thing was perfect helpfull staff and specially receptian guys , very clean and decent rooms houskeeping every day and location near to downtown and airport

Bad Room

I went there as it is a well known reputed hotel but it was really disappointing. When we checked in the room was smelling bad. We got a used toothbrush on our bed from which it is understood that the cleaning was not properly. The maintenance was also not done properly as my wife got locked inside the bathroom and we got help only after calling the reception many times. My wife was trapped there for about more than one hour. At the time of checkout they were not attending the call so we had to carry all our luggage by ourselves. They didn’t even apologize for the troubles we had to face.
